OM Sound Healing with Giuliana

A sound healing is a deeply immersive and full body experience that uses different sacred instruments such as gongs, crystal bowls, drums, and chimes- to promote relaxation and well being as you comfortably lie down and rest.

Meet Giuliana Olivio:

Giuliana completed her first 200HR Teacher Training in Miami over 6 years ago, and the year after she completed another 200HR TT in India. She feels that those experiences changed her life forever.

Her daily Sadhana has been the most important part of her life since then, transforming her life in a magical and powerful way. She feels that there is no more fighting against life and there is more trusting in the guidance of the Supreme Intelligence. She has found that learning is constant and that the more you go inside, the more confident, wise, loving and peaceful you become. And this is what she offers in her classes, the opportunity to experience the world inside of you without fear, the experience of embracing your weaknesses and strengths in a compassionate way, the experience of loving yourself as you are today and the experience of oneness with all existence. Part of her practice is offering free yoga classes to youth in risk through the non-profit organization, Connection Coalition, and she is a certified yoga teacher of kids, Hatha, Power, Vinyasa and Restorative. She is also a Reiki Master.
