VENDORS READ CAREFULLY:

VENDOR LIMITS as of 8/26/25: Right now we have reached our limit on Crochetters, Baked Goods, Wood Crafters, Wreath Makers, Beadables and Jewelry.

Please select your table space and add-on table option in the tickets section to participate in the OLPH Christmas Bazaar November 22, 2025, 10am-3pm (setup at 8am - not before) at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 236 E. Main Street, Maple Shade, NJ.

SPACE SPECS:

Spaces are approximately 8'x6', and include a chair.A Table can be provided for an additional $10, (8'x30" table - ONLY 1 table can fit per space.) Spaces are limited and usually sell out.GYMNASIUM - CLASSROOM - NOLAN HALL (church basement - down 8 stairs)Handmade crafters do have priority as this event calls for their unique creations. However, we will limit the number of crafters with similar kinds of creations. We assure you this is to provide the best experience for both seller and shopper :)

MLM Vendors will be accepted, however they will be restricted to 1 representative for each company. Representatives will be accepted in order of which the application is received. If a representative is already secured, but not shown in our line-up below we will refund your application order. Email events@olphparish.com if you'd like to inquire before submitting application order.

As MLM & Crafters are secured we will add them to our line-up below.

APPLICATION APPROVAL: If for some reason your order is NOT approved, we will refund your the fee. Any applications not secured with the vendor fee may be reopened to other applicants. This is a sell-out event so please secure your space as soon as possible.
