Drawing from his journey from foster care to earning a master's degree by 23, Oliver shares real-world insights and practical tools to turn dreams into reality. Oliver North is the founder and CVO of Only Thoughts of Ownership LLC (OTO), a multi-media company dedicated to building a community that thrives in the areas of education, mentoring, entrepreneurship, and conscious leaders in corporations. His goal is to create a world that influences an Ownership mindset while reminding children and adults to find their purpose and unique talents to change the world.

Oliver has served over 193,020 students, which has resulted in decreases in poor behavior, improvements in attendance, engagement, culture, and climate for many districts and school campuses. His It's Okay To Dream Tour has been recognized for saving several lives. In addition, Oliver is a master trainer responsible for training entire school districts and facilitating multiple series of trainings on JEDI. He is a curriculum writer who has partnered with some of the top districts as an advisor to the top administrators, as well as major players in the US like the NAACP. While OTO has also been a sub-recipient of several government grants.

Oliver is defiant to obstacles; being 1 of 14 Children to parents that are former drug addicts, as well as going from foster care and homelessness to a master's degree by 29.
