The Menu:

1 st course: Maple Barrel Salad- Butter lettuce, roasted local apples, candied walnuts, pickled red onion, pomegranate seeds, feta, spiced maple vinaigrette. (Paired with Old Forester 1897 Original Batch)

2 nd course: Pork and Cork- Chipotle molasses glazed pork belly, mint chimichurri, sweet potato mousse, pepitas, onion ring. (Paired with Old Forester 1897 Bottled in Bond)

3 rd course: Cask and Cleaver- Black Angus Beef filet, garlic mashed potatoes, bourbon brown sugar demi, roasted asparagus, miso brown butter hollandaise. (Paired with Old Forester 1930 Prohibition Style)

4 th course: Dark and Tipsy- Dark chocolate Oreo custard, graham cracker crust, salted caramel, vanilla bean whipped cream. (Paired with Old Forester 1910 Old Fine Whisky)
