Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can’t attend?

Yes, absolutely! If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just send us an email, and we’ll update the name on our registration list.

Do you accept purchase orders or invoices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do! Just shoot us an email with the attendee name(s) and membership status, and we’ll send over a payable invoice for you.

What’s your refund policy?

We get it—sometimes plans change! If you can’t make it, we’ll refund your $40 ticket (minus the $4.43 service fee) as long as you let us know before the conference starts. Once the event kicks off, refunds won’t be available.

When does check-in or registration open?

Accepted Answer

Doors open at 7:30 a.m., and you can check in at that time. Hopefully, you’ve pre-registered, but no worries if not—you can still register at the door!

Will there be a detailed schedule available before the event?

Yes! We’ll update the website as speakers are confirmed, and a detailed schedule will be posted at least 30 days before the conference.
