This in-person event will take place every Wednesday starting Wed September 3 2025 at 6pm at the FLYLOFT. The venue is located at 117 North Boston Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74103.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just someone who loves to move, this event is perfect for you. We have a diverse lineup of talented instructors who will showcase various dance styles, from Somatic to Contemporary and everything in between.

Broadway Dance (September 10, October 8, November 5)
This class will focus on learning proper dance technique while exploring the various dance styles used in Broadway shows. Class includes warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations. Center will feature combinations inspired by classic choreographers such as Jerome Robbins and Bob Fosse. Emphasis will also be placed on learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and telling a story through dance and performance quality.
High Fitness (September 17, October 15, November 12)
High Fitness is an aerobic cardio class that combines cardio and toning tracks to give you a full body workout. The best way to find out what High classes are like is to attend! Options are included for all fitness levels and no equipment is needed. Just throw on some comfy clothes, supportive shoes, and get ready to have a sweaty blast!
