Are you ready for a day packed with discovery, creativity, and FUN?
Join us for INNOVATORS DAY — where YOU become the scientist, the inventor, and the explorer!

✨ Choose Your Challenge:
🔬 Science Fair – Show off your experiments and discoveries. (10:30am - 12pm)
💡 Inventor/Entrepreneur Fair – Pitch your best ideas and creations. (12pm - 1:30pm)

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SCIENCE OR INVENTOR FAIR TO PARTICIPATE. WE HAVE PLENTY OF ENGAGING STEAM ACTIVITIES FOR EVERYONE. COME ENJOY THIS DAY OF FUN AND ADVENTURE!

🦖 Dino Dig – Unearth fossils and become a paleontologist!
✈️ High Flyers – Build NASA-inspired paper airplanes, test them on our obstacle course, then take them home!

⚽ Science Scores Big – Discover the science behind sports and athletes in action.

🗓 Competition Schedule:

• The Science Fair participants check in at 10:00 a.m and will begin presenting at 10:30 a.m.
• Check-in opens 30 minutes before your competition time—please arrive early!
• The Inventor / Entrepreneur Fair participants check in at 11:30 a.m. and will begin presenting at 12:00 p.m.
• Check-in opens 30 minutes before your competition time—please arrive early!

✅ Check-In & Event Details:

• Cost: Free
• Time: 10am - 2pm
• Parking: Free
• Check in with an Epic staff member at the entrance upon arrival.
• Show your school spirit—wear your Epic gear!

📌 Event Policies:

• Open to Epic students in grades 1st–12th
• Registration is required via Eventbrite to reserve your spot. Parents/guardians should register both themselves and their Epic students so we can plan and staff accordingly.
• Parent/guardian supervision is required—students may not be dropped off.
• You will need your student’s Epic ID number and teacher’s name to register.
• No cell phones or personal items allowed during competition—students should leave phones, bags, drinks, and other belongings with their caregiver during the event.

Sign Language Services: To request a sign language interpreter for an Epic student at this event, please use this link: ASL Request Link. Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the event. The link can also be found on the Epic website under the About tab → Requests & Forms.

❗ Cancellations: If you register but can’t attend, please cancel your reservation through your Eventbrite confirmation email so another student can take your place.

🌦 Inclement Weather: If weather conditions require us to cancel, we will notify you via email through Eventbrite.
