Yes, Henry Starr was born in the Indian Territory (now Oklahoma) in 1873, and he died in Harrison, Arkansas, in 1921.

Was Henry Starr a Hollywood silent movie star?

No. Henry Starr never made it to Hollywood. He filmed his life story, A Debtor to the Law, in Oklahoma and Texas.
