Off Worque Presents: Notes to Self
✨ A Journaling + Conversation Club for Mental Health Awareness Month ✨
Join us on Thursday, May 29th at Grounded in Washington, D.C. for a reflective, restorative evening centered around mental wellness and worque/life balance.
We're closing out Mental Health Awareness Month with intention through breathwork, journaling, and honest conversation. You'll start the evening with coffee or tea from Grounded’s curated menu, connect with community, and participate in a mindful breathwork session to reset your nervous system. Then, we’ll move into a guided journaling session sponsored by Inside Then Out, using thoughtful prompts to write “notes to self” which are reminders, commitments, and affirmations to carry forward beyond this month.
This is for anyone craving stillness, connection, and a moment to check in with themselves. Whether you're deep into your healing journey or just beginning, come exactly as you are.
What to Expect:
