- One 10x10 vendor space (bring your own table, tent, and supplies)

📋 Vendor Information & Policies
- Setup begins 2 hours before event start; vendors must remain open during all event hours.
- Breakdown immediately after event close; please clean your area thoroughly.
- Vendor passes allow free entry for additional team members; main vendor entry included with space.
- No electricity or water provided — vendors must be self-sufficient.
- Vendors handle their own payment systems (cash, card, mobile app, etc.).
- No alcohol sales unless permitted.
- Vendors are responsible for trash disposal; keeping your area clean ensures eligibility for future events.
