Welcome to our Stepping On class, an evidence-based course designed to reduce the risk of falls in older adults by 31%. Please note that this course is designed for invididuals who do not depend on an assistive device such as a wheelchair, walker or cane. We look forward to seeing you and helping increase your confidence to move independently.
