Soma+IQ™ Group Breathwork Journey

Join us for a monthly Soma+IQ™ Group Breathwork Journey, a guided experience designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and create space for clarity and healing. Only 9 spots available!

Using the Soma+IQ™ Method—a neuroscience-backed approach that blends somatic breathwork and coaching—you’ll tap into your body’s innate wisdom to process stuck emotions and shift into a more balanced state. This journey is about letting go of what no longer serves you, so you can move with more freedom and ease.


What to Expect:

🔹 Intention Setting & Preparation – (10-15 minutes) We’ll begin with a warm welcome, introductions, and an overview of what to expect during the session. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and set personal intentions for your breathwork journey.🔹 Guided Somatic Breathwork – (60 minutes) A dynamic breathing practice designed to activate and regulate the nervous system, allowing for deep emotional and physical release.🔹 Integration & Reflection – (10-15 minutes) Wrap up with journaling, quiet meditation, or optional sharing to support your process and help you carry the work forward.

What to bring:

Mats will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring any comfort items like blankets, pillows, or cushions to support your experience. You may also wish to bring a journal for reflection (writing supplies will be available), water for hydration, and anything that helps you feel cozy and at ease.

This is a space to breathe deeply, feel fully, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and supported.
