What will I be doing in class?

Besides having the most fun?  We will be going over the process of making macarons, the techniques you need to  make them, and actually baking and filling them.

Do I need to know how to bake?

Nope!  This class is great for a novice as well as someone more experienced in the kitchen.  You will be walked through the process step by step!  You'll even leave class with the recipe so you can keep the baking going on your own!

What do I need to bring?

Nothing!  Everything you need to make macarons will be provided to you, just come ready to have a good time!

What is the best age for macaron classes?

Our current recommendation is 16 and up if the child will be taking the class alone.  Children under 16 will need to be accompanied by a ticketed and participating adult.

This class will be held at The Commissary by Charlie Mike in Graham NC.  The address is 16 NE Court Square, Graham NC 27253.  Located in the corner, near the Graham Soda Shop.

How long is the class?

Macaron classes typically last 2 to 2 and a half hours.  The bakery will be open for you to purchase drinks and goodies to enjoy during the class.

These classes are small so that everyone will get hands on experience and instruction.  Classes are currently limited to 8 seats.
