Where should we meet?

Meet for the forest bathing in the main parking lot of Kanuga. Follow the road up the hill until you can take a left in front of the chapel. There is plenty of parking and you should see your guide ready to immerse you in the forest.

We love our furry friends as much as you do, but due to the food service aspect of this event, only service animals are permitted.

Can Kanuga accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes — Kanuga can accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice. Guests are encouraged to contact abostwick@kanuga.org with any food allergies or dietary needsso the kitchen team can prepare appropriate meals.
