If not, we've great news for ya.
We know what it's like sitting at home night after night thinking 'ah man I wish I had some fun people to do stuff with'.
Well now you dooooooo.
We're heading off to hike the Glenbarrow Waterfall Loop in Laois on Sunday, 12th of October. The geographical centre of Ireland situated in the Slieve Bloom mountains.
Together we'll set sail... hiking from the meeting point of Glenbarrow Carpark and do the reverse blue loop trail of 4.5km. This gives us the opportunity to stop at the waterfall or snack at the most stunning part of the hike before a short journey back to the carpark. At the carpark there is the The Falls at Glenbarrow cafe, indoor/outdoor seating and a toilet for customers.
We'll finish the trail alongside the riverbank of the River Barrow and enjoy the natural woodland that's in summer bloom.
PLEASE NOTE: hiking footwear and wind/rainproof clothing is essential. While the most of the trail will have a path, parts may be heavily muddy and swampy due to bogland. We recommend bringing a spare change of clothes and footwear.

How can I prepare for the hike:
- Get a good sleep
- Eat a wholesome breakfast
- Pack a bag with your favourite healthy snacks
- Bring a lunch or buy at The Falls Glenbarrow
- Flask of tea and few spare cups ;) optional!
- If possible car share and bring a friend
- Wear hiking footware and appropriate clothing for Irish weather
