About this event

Travel & Outdoor • Other

An October ramble at Greenways Conservation Land in Wayland, MA. We'll look for late migrants and more.

A crisp morning walk exploring the woodlands, scrub, river banks, wetlands, and meadows of this compact, but incredibly diverse location. Resident birds, lingering migrants, arriving ducks, and possibly a mammal or two.

We’ll meet in the small parking lot at the entrance to the conservation area. Parking is free.

DIRECTIONS AND PARKINGGPS can be inaccurate at this location. Look for St. Ann Catholic Church on Cochituate Road. Green Way is directly across the street. Keep right through the housing development to a small parking lot.

This event is free, but you must register in advance as spaces are limited. Beginners are always welcome, and we have loaner binoculars. Email your request in advance.
