• Come by yourself, or with a buddy or two & be ready to meet new friends  OR Get your sewing group of 15-18 together and have the whole place to yourselves!(to guarantee that you will have the entire place to yourself,  you will need to register online and pay at least the deposit of $100 per person at time of registration for each person attending)

  Open Sew rate is $339 per person ($339 if paid in full at time of registration OR $369.00 pp if payment made in two installments, you will be sent an invoice about 90 days before your scheduled retreat) A Single room may be available for people who want a room to themselves for an additional charge. ($599) Otherwise you will be rooming with the person(s) that you indicate on the registration form.

  ***Open Sew Weekends payment options are:

• $339 per person, if PAID in FULL at time of registration. 
• Otherwise, a deposit of $150 is required to reserve a space and balance of $219 will be invoiced via e-mail and must be paid 90 days prior to arrival. 
• (Customers who request a single room will pay in full $599 or can pay $150 deposit and will be invoiced a balance of $449.)
• In very simple terms --you save $30 to pay in full when you register

Retreat Refund Policy:

120+ days - Full Refund or Transfer reservation to another open retreat weekend.

90-119 days - Refund minus $150 deposit or transfer entire reservation to another open retreat weekend.

31-89 days - 50% refund & 50% credit towards a reservation or store merchandise. OR you may find someone to take your place at the retreat and they can pay you- just let us know of your replacement.

30 days and under - $0 refund OR you may find someone to take your place at the retreat and they can pay you- just let us know of your replacement.
