Program Overview:
Established in 2002, the 21/64 Approach is considered a best practice in the field of philanthropy and multifamily enterprise. Through values driven, client centered, interactive methods, the 21/64 Approach teaches facilitation and training to support next-generation and multi-generation cultivation, engagement, and stewardship. This session will introduce attendees to the 21/64 Approach, to help development professionals more comfortably engage donors in important and often complicated conversations. Working in small groups, attendees will practice one of 21/64’s trademarked facilitation techniques to build engagement with donors and facilitate productive conversations on values, legacy, generational differences.
Speakers: Kate Wilson, CFRE and Leigh Davis, Hampton Roads Community Foundation
