This workshop is free to the public. You will be working under Patrizia's direction to turn plastic bags into a large-scale public artwork.

About the Upcoming Artwork: Air Chrysallis – A temporary public art piece that invites the viewer to slow down and reflect upon the state of our environment, the beauty around us and how to best preserve it. Made entirely of plastic bags, many found at one of Walnut Creek Park regular clean-ups, is an homage to the handmade, to the slow work of artisanal communities. This project is presented as part of SEEK Raleigh, an experimental public arts program of Raleigh Arts.
