Do you struggle with intrusive thoughts, OCD behaviors, or the frustrations that come with an overactive mind? You’re not alone. Our therapist-led support group provides understanding, encouragement, and practical strategies to help you navigate the challenges of OCD-type thinking.

Led by Dr. Etta GanttDr. Gantt holds an MS and PhD in Counseling from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with experience across diverse settings including juvenile court, prison, non-profits, and college counseling. She takes a humanistic, relationship-first approach and is passionate about working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and dedicated to inclusive, culturally sensitive care.

When she’s not counseling, Etta enjoys exercising, traveling, catching a movie, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family in Charleston.
