Hear from a diverse panel of speakers who will open up about the challenges of OCD and the journey toward recovery. Whether you live with OCD, support someone who does, or simply want to learn more, this event offers connection, community, and understanding.

Featuring Speakers:Our panel brings together individuals with lived experience of OCD and related conditions, offering powerful stories of resilience, recovery, and hope:

  • Aneela Idnani — Co-Founder of HabitAware and mental health advocate, sharing her lived experience with hair pulling (trichotillomania).
  • Alison Dotson — Author of Being with OCD and OCD awareness advocate, sharing her lived experience with OCD.
  • Bryan Piatt — Mental health advocate, pre-licensed OCD therapist, and former KARE 11 news anchor, sharing his lived experience with OCD.
  • Lucy Grantz, LMFT — Licensed OCD specialist therapist with lived experience of OCD.

Each speaker brings a unique voice—combining personal insight, advocacy, and professional expertise—to inspire hope, connection, and understanding.

The OCD & Anxiety Center of Minnesota (OCDMN) is a specialty mental health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, and related conditions.
