OAG MFCU Presentation

Join us at the Jones Fire Department for an engaging session on what the OAG-MFCU provides to the State of Oklahoma. This class, led by Thomas Siems, with the Oklahoma Attorney General Office – Medicaid Fraud Control unit, will cover essential topics related to the unit, state statutes, and signs of fraud and abuse.

The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) utilizes a team-based approach to identify, investigate and prosecute Medicaid fraud, abuse, neglect and exploitation of patients committed by health care providers, health care facilities and other Medicaid providers to recover taxpayer money through successful prosecution.
