Parking is free and close to the South Bend Chocolate Cafe at the Michigan City Lighthouse Outlet Mall. (Drive to the very back lot of the mall and walk right down the sidewalk and in to the Chocolate Cafe). Note that the start time for this special event is 5:30pm cst.
