NYU Stern IPF Workshop: The Curiosity Advantage
Overview
Join us for The Curiosity Advantage—a two-day, immersive program hosted by NYU Stern’s Initiative for Purpose & Flourishing. You’ll learn The Ask Approach, a science-backed, practice-tested framework that equips leaders to surface unspoken concerns, uncover breakthrough opportunities, and turn high-stakes conversations into sources of clarity and momentum.
Working directly on your own leadership challenges and engaging with a select cohort of senior peers, you’ll sharpen your ability to:
- See around corners by surfacing blind spots, tensions, and emerging risks.
- Fuel innovation and agility by unlocking fresh ideas and addressing hidden resistance.
- Build trust and culture by turning silence into candor and candor into collaboration.
This is more than a leadership course—it’s a competitive edge and a human imperative: the ability to lead with curiosity, wisdom, and clarity of purpose.
