About this event

NYC Teens! Looking for support as you work on your college applications and plan for your future career path? Consider applying to the New York Public Library's Intensive College and Career Access Network (ICCAN) program. ICCAN is a program for NYC teens in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade. Participants in this program attend NYPL workshops that are connected to college and career readiness and gain one-on-one guidance from our NYPL staff to help you reach your post-secondary goals. Participants who successfully complete the program requirements are eligible to apply for a Magic Grant of $1,000 (for sophomores) or $1,500 (for juniors or seniors), which can be used to purchase goods or services that will help you reach your post-secondary goals

We will be hosting two informations sessions this summer where we will go into detail about what the ICCAN program is and how you can apply! We will be hosting two virtual information sessions this summer:

  • June 18 from 5-6PM
  • July 23 from 5-6PM

Links for these information sessions will be sent 24 hours before the event. If you have any questions, email ccp@nypl.org.
