Tens of thousands of people converge every New Year's Eve to line Embarcadero street to catch a glimpse of San Francisco's most spectacular Fireworks show next to the Ferry Building with a beautifully lit Bay Bridge as its backdrop. This year we will celebrate the Midnight Fireworks show in style and privacy of Sens' 4th floor with a breathtaking view overlooking the Embarcadero and the Fireworks directly in front.

Vadik Presents & Yuksel Presents are proud to present this "New Year's Eve 2023" at Sens Restaurant with its amazing front row view of San Francisco's only Fireworks show overlooking the Bay Bridge and the Ferry Building. Sens Restaurant is the best place to ring in your New Year and toast to the boom of the fireworks blasts. VIP tables are available by presale reservation but are limited in quantity so please book accordingly. There is also a very limited number of Ultra VIP tables inside by the windows with un-compromised views of the fireworks and the celebration below.

Please note, the Fireworks show is put on by the city of San Francisco. We do not carry any responsibility for fireworks cancelation as it is completely outside of our control. With that said, in case the fireworks show is canceled for any reason, we will not be refunding tickets unless the actual event is canceled.

NO REFUNDS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL: There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, no credits for different event(s).

• Email confirmation must be presented at the door with matching photo ID. Purchased tickets are not refundable.

CREDIT CARD & ID: You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid Government Issued Photo Identification (along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you from Eventbrite when your order is placed): the name on both the credit card and ID must match the name on your purchased tickets, in order to gain entry to the event. If the name on the Credit Card and/or ID does not match the tickets, or if you do not have both the credit card used to make the purchase and government issued identification, you will be denied entry to event without a refund.

Event has a definitive date, start time and end time. If you do not show up to the event, you understand that you are forfeiting your ticket(s) and therefore your ticketing fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you. If you do not attend your event, you are still 100% financially liable for your purchase. If you cannot attend the event, you will not receive a refund.
