This bi-weekly gathering will include drumming with a shamanic journey and sharing circle. The circle is a safe space to connect, heal and expand our shamanic awareness.

This circle is designed to help us connect, heal and expand our shamanic awareness. Co-hosted by Anthony Guzman and Dana DeCicco but our vision is to cultivate a community of connection and co-creation without a hierarchical structure.

• Bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on as well as a drum or other shamanic instrument

• Bring an offering for the community altar

• No experience necessary—all levels welcome!

•Meet at the main entrance to Inwood Hill Park located at Isham Street & Seaman Avenue. We will wait till 12:05pm & leave to circle location in park.

•Subway nearest is A train @ 207th. Leave yourself enough time to walk to park & navigate.

Where do you meet?

We meet in Inwood Hill Park in Northern Manhattan. The closest subway stop is 207th on the A train. We meet at the main entrance to the park at Isham Street & Seaman Ave.

Do you meet outside?

Yes! We gather in the woods of Inwood Hill Park. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on along with water. Dress appropriately & in layers.

Can I bring my drum?

Yes! Please do. We drum together as well as use bells, rattles, windchimes, singing bowls & any other shamanic instruments. We have some items for use but definitely bring your own.

Do I have to have shamanic experience to attend?

No. All levels are welcome. Just bring an open mind & your curiosity! The circle is designed to help us connect, heal & expand our shamanic awareness.
