This breakfast panel will present and discuss findings and outcomes of the 3-year official city-to-city collaboration between New York City and Copenhagen on Heavy Rainfall (Cloudburst) Management and Climate Adaptation, as well as other successful city-to-city collaborations.

9:20-10:00 // The outcomes of the NYC-Copenhagen collaboration. 

    • Panel discussion about the outcomes for the two cities.

 

10:00-10:30 // The wider perspectives of city to city collaboration.

    • Panel debate on how bilateral collaboration differs from larger city networks.
    • What are the pros and cons? Lessons to be brought forward into an organization such as C40?
