First time homebuyer grants i.e, PhillyFirst, First Front Door, etc.
Presenters include: Real Estate Agents, Lender,Insurance Agent and Home Inspector
The City of Philadelphia plans to reopen the Philly First Grant, exact date TBD. Previously, the program provided up to $ 10,000 to assist with the closing costs and down payment required to buy a property. We will discuss the limited details available at this time.First Front Door, the program offering up to $ 5,000 grants, will be relaunched on March 14th
During our session, we will be talking about PHFA's K-Fit, a grant providing up to 5% of the purchase price or appraised value in the form of a forgivable grant.
Limited funding is available through NeighborhoodLIFT, the program offers a $ 15,000 grant to eligible homebuyers.
This HUD approved session is part 1 of a 2-step process. A certificate of completion can be released once you have completed both steps. More instructions will be provided during the session.
