Can I ship materials ahead of time?

Sure! Send materials to: Clackamas Community College, Attention Events Dept. 19600 Molalla Ave., Oregon City, OR 97045. Make sure they are clearly marked with your vendor name and contact information. Our events team will reach out and arrange a pickup time for you.

What does setup look like for vendors?

Accepted Answer

We have plastic tables measuring 2.5' x 5'. Please indicate if you need a covering, otherwise it will be assumed you will be bringing your own. Two chairs will be provided, but you may indicate you need more or less.

How do I get from the hotel to Clackamas Community College and back again?

Accepted Answer

Easy peasy! We will have shuttles running from the hotel to the college on both mornings of the conference, and after the conference. Shuttle schedules will be emailed to you in the registration packet.

Question 4

I'll be checking out of the hotel on Tuesday morning. Where can I keep  my luggage?

If the hotel will not store your luggage, we will have a locked room available until the end of the conference. You will be provided with a claim ticket for when you're ready to pick it up.

There is so much to do and see and eat in Oregon City and Portland! An activities page will be sent after you register.

What meals are provided?

Monday we will provide a hot breakfast, sandwiches for lunch and snacks. On Tuesday, we will provide a continental breakfast, a hot lunch and snacks.

Great question! You'll receive information about the hotel, a campus map, a shuttle schedule, a schedule of sessions, and  a list of both hosted and non-hosted activities around town!

I'm a local and driving from home. What's the parking situation at CCC?

Accepted Answer

Parking is easy and free! No parking permit needed. The College is located at 19600 Molalla Ave. Oregon City. Follow signs to the Yellow 2 Parking Lot to be closest to the starting place. A campus map will be sent to all attendees.

We have arranged a discounted block of rooms at the Best Western Rivershore Hotel, on the Willamette River! Mention you are with NWEUG for the group rate before July 10th. The address is 1900 Clackamette Dr. in Oregon City. 503-655-7141.

How do I get from the airport (PDX) to the hotel?

Uber or Lyft are the way to go! The hotel address is 1900 Clackamette Dr. , Oregon City. It's about a 30 minute drive from PDX to the Best Western Rivershore Hotel.
