Bootcamp Schedule:
Warm-up & Introduction (15 mins): Meet others and get comfortable with a fun icebreaker.
Skills Sessions (40 mins): Easy-to-follow drills to practice dribbling, passing, and shooting.
Mini-Game & Teamwork (30 mins): Play a friendly, non-competitive game to practice your skills.
Confidence Building & Pathways (20 mins): Learn about building confidence and local football opportunities.
