About Dr. Aaron Olden: Aaron Olden, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician, medical acupuncturist, and registered yoga teacher. He was named one of Rochester's 40 under 40 by Rochester Business Journal in 2017. Dr. Olden's private practice, Mindful Medicine Rochester, is located in Penfield. He uses mindfulness, acupuncture, and other holistic approaches to help his patients manage stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and other conditions.
