Our Community of Practice this term invites leaders and managers to explore how a well-structured induction process can be a key driver in addressing this issue and embedding professionalism from day one.

Together, we’ll share strategies for designing and delivering induction programmes that not only cover policies and procedures but also support the development of professional attitudes, interpersonal skills, and reflective practice.

Our CoP provides a collaborative space to reflect, innovate, and strengthen workforce quality across early years settings.
