Welcome


The day begins in the education building with welcome introductions and a comprehensive farm overview to orient participants before heading into the field.

10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Guided Tour


Participants will tour 5-6 key NRCS demonstration sites showcasing conservation practices in action, with expert guides explaining implementation and benefits at each location.

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

Refreshments & Networking


Enjoy lunch prepared in the commercial kitchen while networking with fellow producers, youth participants, and conservation professionals in a relaxed setting.

"Real Talk" Panel
