About this event
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), known as the "Divine Nine," have formed a historic alliance to help build equity and close wealth gaps by bringing valuable resources into reach for small businesses and entrepreneurs in underserved communities.
On Thursday, Feb. 2 the SBA’s Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman (Biden Administration cabinet member) and other SBA officials will join NPHC leaders for an information session. This half-day summit at Microsoft Atlanta will provide information about this collaboration and SBA resources that support starting and scaling small businesses. Participants will also be able to network with other entrepreneurs and local NPHC leadership and visit small business resource tables.
The event will include:
- Opening Session including remarks by Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens and SBA Administrator Guzman
- Successful Business Foundations: Counseling and Education Resources
- Where's the Money? Capital Access Programs and Tools
- Opportunities with the World's Largest Customer: Federal Government Contracting
Security check-in at Microsoft opens at 8 a.m. and the opening session starts at 9 a.m.
