Is this event really free?

Yes! This is a completely free online event. However we do welcome Donations. All Donations will go to Life Is Your Garden, a small CBO.  Spaces are limited, so please only sign up if you’re committed to attending.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just yourself and a curious mind and open heart! If you’d like, you can bring a notebook and pen for reflections or notes.

Who is this event for?

This event is designed specifically for highly sensitive women who feel burnt out, disconnected, and stuck in an endless cycle of giving to others while losing themselves. If you feel like life is all about everyone else but you, this is for you.

Will I have to speak or share in front of others?

Accepted Answer

Only if you feel comfortable! This is a safe, supportive space, and there’s no pressure to share unless you want to. I always find that women want to share though as my deepest intention is to create a loving safe space so we feel connected.
