This class begins with a talk on ingredients, flavor wheels and the chemistry of tea, followed by a hands-on experience as you create, taste and take home your own custom tea blend!
Our November workshop will have a particular focus on foodie brews. Let's make teas inspired by (or to pair with) your favorite autumnal snacks!
