2025–2026 Season Rules & Reservation Details
Reservations
- Each igloo accommodates up to 6 guests.
- Reservations are for 2 hours.
- A $30 non-refundable reservation fee is required at booking.
- (Fee covers heating & setup and does not apply toward the bill.)
- All reservations must be made in advance.
Minimum Purchase Requirements
- Tuesday–Thursday: $100 minimum spend
- Friday–Sunday: $150 minimum spend(Minimums do not include taxes or gratuity.)
- 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all checks.
- Parties of up to 6 guests will be on one check — no exceptions.
Comfort & Environment
- Igloos are heated, but please dress for the weather and consider bringing a sweater or blanket for comfort.
- No smoking inside the igloos.
- Each igloo will be served by our staff throughout your visit.
No outside food or beverages permitted, except for a birthday cake.
- A $50 liability fee will be charged for any damage or delays impacting the next reservation.
