2025–2026 Season Rules & Reservation Details

Reservations

• Each igloo accommodates up to 6 guests.
• Reservations are for 2 hours.
• A $30 non-refundable reservation fee is required at booking.
• (Fee covers heating & setup and does not apply toward the bill.)
• All reservations must be made in advance.

Minimum Purchase Requirements

• Tuesday–Thursday: $100 minimum spend
• Friday–Sunday: $150 minimum spend(Minimums do not include taxes or gratuity.)
• 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all checks.
• Parties of up to 6 guests will be on one check — no exceptions.

Comfort & Environment

• Igloos are heated, but please dress for the weather and consider bringing a sweater or blanket for comfort.
• No smoking inside the igloos.
• Each igloo will be served by our staff throughout your visit.

No outside food or beverages permitted, except for a birthday cake.

• A $50 liability fee will be charged for any damage or delays impacting the next reservation.
