November Gratitude Journaling Circle (Virtual)
Overview
It’s widely known that maintaining an attitude of gratitude has significant benefits on our mental, physical and social lives. It reduces stress, leads to better sleep and can increase life satisfaction. The November Gratitude Circle is a 21-day group experience dedicated to cultivating gratitude, calm and connection during the month of November leading up to the American Thanksgiving holiday from November 3-24th.
Through a combination of weekly sessions led by special guest teachers, we will learn and practice tools to help us build a strong mindset of gratitude. The aim is to improve our well-being and create a gratitude habit.
These practices include journaling, breathwork, group sharing and inspiration, rituals, meditation, and improv.

🗓 Duration: 21 days (November 3–24)
📅 Weekly Sessions: Mondays on Nov. 3, 10, 17 and 24th from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM PST (via Google Meet)
💞 Format: Journaling, group inspiration, breathwork, meditation, improv, reflection, and sharing

Week 1: Letting Go
Theme: Release and surrender — like the autumn leaves falling away
Week 2: Gratitude for the Present Moment
Theme: Grounding into what is here and now
Week 3: Gratitude for Growth
Theme: Honoring transformation, challenges, and lessons learned
Week 4: Gratitude for What's Coming
Theme: Opening to abundance and future blessings
Donations & Logistics
Sessions are offered by donation:
- Suggested donation: $10 per class or pay as you wish
- Google Meet link will be shared upon registration
