Andre Gibson

Andre Gibson is Director of Administration at Epicenter Memphis, where he oversees operations, finance, human resources, and strategic partnerships that strengthen the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Before joining Epicenter, he served as Executive Director of the Greater Whitehaven Economic Redevelopment Corporation (GWERC), leading award-winning programs that supported hundreds of local small businesses and launched the Progeny Marketplace retail incubator. Gibson previously held key roles with Shelby County Government and the Greater Memphis Chamber, focusing on business retention, economic development, and small business recovery initiatives.
