It's a space to slow down, sip, and share stories.

This month at Novel-Tea, nourish your body, calm your mind, and expand your spirit with Ugandan cacao in this guided Heart Chakra Cacao Ceremony inspired by Opening to Spirit by Caroline Shola Arewa.

During our time together, you will:

• Learn the art of ceremonial cacao preparation whether for special ceremonies or as a grounding daily ritual.
• Explore the heart chakra and learn accessible techniques to open and harmonize this chakra.
• Reflect with Opening to Spirit, exploring how spiritual awareness begins with the heart and how everyday practices can bring us closer to inner peace and divine connection.
• Experience a guided meditation + cacao ritual with a mindful ceremony to center the heart, quiet the mind, and invite love to flow more freely through all areas of life.
