Nourishing the Neurodivergent Brain
Overview
Nutritional therapist, Daisy York, returns with a new exciting course focused on nourishing the neurodivergent brain.
Through this course you will learn how nutrition plays a powerful role in supporting children to become the best versions of themselves, from understanding why children with dyslexia may experience fatigue to uncovering how gut microbes influence the neurodivergent brain.
Daisy will dive into the links between ultra-processed foods and SEN, explore the importance of mineral balance and brain-boosting foods, and provide practical, accessible meal ideas that turn theory into everyday support. The course also offers guidance on helping children with selective eating patterns.
To finish, a dedicated Q&A gives you the chance to discuss real-world examples and challenges with your own charges, helping you put your learning into meaningful practice.
Please note; photos may be taken during this course for social media and internal use at Norland. If you do not wish to be included please let a member of staff know.
