What is provided?

A yoga mat, blanket, and small bolster are provided. You may bring a pillow or extra blanket for added support.

If I wear hearing aids, can I enjoy a sound bath?

Please let the practitioner know if you are wearing hearing aids. During the session, some participants preferred to remove their heating aids as they could still experience the benefits of sound and vibration on a cellular level

How loud are the sounds?

The sounds will vary throughout the sound bath. The sounds will be loudest closest to the singing bowls. If you have sound sensitivities, please let me know.

When would you not recommend a sound bath?

Accepted Answer

Sound baths are generally safe, but those with certain conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, low blood pressure, epilepsy, or a history of DVT—should consult their healthcare provider before attending. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice beforehand.
