  • Forget to eat when hyperfocused
  • Feel overwhelmed when choosing meals

  • Find meal planning exhausting
  • Feel guilty for not eating “normally”
  • Eat a little during the day and a lot at night
  • Want support that honors their brain

What to Expect

  • Community
Build meaningful connections in a safe and welcoming environment. Share your experiences and insights with others as we collectively foster an easier experience with food built for your needs.
  • Mini Talks
Join an intuitive eating–aligned therapist and dietitian who will break down why food can feel harder for neurodivergent people, normalize those struggles, and share empowering insights with practical tools you can start using right away to build confidence around food. Both facilitators live with ADHD themselves so they truly get it.
  • Guided Meditation
Connect with your body through a calming meditation designed to foster a calming experience to make the eating process more attainable.
  • Interactive Stations
Move at your own pace and explore a variety of nurturing activities from our sensory snack station to creating your safe eating space through art.
  • Light Refreshments
Enjoy a selection of light refreshments, including drinks and snacks to nourish your body as you learn and immerse yourself in the day's activities.
  • Take-Home Resources
You’ll leave with practical tools you can actually use, including illustrated guides, ADHD-friendly meal planning templates, and other calming goodies.
