Nourish in Nature on Chuckanut: A Full Moon Half-Day Retreat
Overview
Nourish in Nature on Chuckanut: A Full Moon Half-Day Retreat
The January full moon has that mischievous habit of illuminating everything we’ve been avoiding, so my gong-loving friend and I decided to turn that glow into a gathering. On Saturday, January 3rd - 11:30-4, we’re hosting a half-day retreat designed to settle your nervous system, clear the static, and open up some inner space before winter fully settles in.
We’ll spend the afternoon grounding into the body, breathing a little deeper than usual, pulling tarot for insight, journaling what wants to be heard, and wandering the quiet forest for a bit of medicine only trees know how to offer. A nourishing plant-based lunch will keep us warm and steady. Then comes the big exhale: an extended sound bath with bowls and gongs that will soften everything the full moon stirs up, helping you slip into that timeless, floaty place where clarity tends to sneak in.
It’s $111 per person and limited to just eight people. A pocket-sized retreat for those who want to step into the new year with intention rather than inertia.
