Nourish, Flow & Sourdough
Overview
We are excited to have you join us for our Nourish, Flow & Sourdough Wellness Workshop!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our time together will kick off with a gentle, mindful yoga flow led by local yoga instructor Andreana Gamache. After our mindful movement session, local personal trainer and healthy living enthusiast Natalie Harris will teach us the art of sourdough bread making and will educate us on simple ways to help support our gut health. We will then cap off our time together with a relaxing sound bath by Andreana.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Your favorite medium to large size mixing bowl🥣. You will take your dough home in this bowl and continue finishing your sourdough loaf at home.
- A water bottle (16oz or larger recommended). You will receive a special brain boosting drink to sample before our first yoga session!🧠⚡️🥤
- A readiness to learn and provide feedback! We love to make our events interactive 🗣️and look forward to hearing from you throughout our event!
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:
- A tea towel and wooden spoon to use while making your bread.
- A starter to take home with you for your future bread making.
- An informational packet with Natalie's favorite simple sourdough recipe, gut health facts, and simple solutions for supporting your/your family's gut health.
- A free sample of Luminate to awaken your mind and calm your nervous system.
- A relaxing yoga and sound bath experience.
- An opportunity to discover your new favorite healthy living community!
MY $30 - WHAT DOES IT COVER?
Your ticket covers two things: 50% of proceeds will be donated to The Wellness House of Yakima. The other 50% will go toward the cost of sourdough materials for the event.
LOCATION/PARKING:
Vitality PT is located on the NorthWest side of the building. There are plenty of parking spaces for you near the door.
