The Awakening of Self-Healing
Learn how to heal yourself through self- massage. Dr. Atkins a researcher, who combined her careers in nursing, teaching, and massage therapy to research and develop the “Knee Self-Massage Technique”. She noticed that many of her clients with knee pain were relying on costly painkillers, medications and both medical and complementary therapies to manage their symptoms. She believed that self-massage could be a more effective and natural way to both relieve and manage joint knee pain.
