ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
With over 50 years of experience in martial training, Dr. Mike Dunphy brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to all personal protection programs. Each training session is filled with practical and reality-based tactics for both prevention and protection. Dr. Dunphy is an expert in close quarter combat, adult learning and both armed and unarmed solutions to violent encounters. Having taught over 500 personal protection sessions to civilians, protection professionals (security, police and military) and to young adults, Dr. Dunphy makes sure participants leave his sessions with practical skills to minimize chances of being in a violent situation and then also maximizing the chances of surviving such violence. All sessions are high energy, engaging and thoroughly practical.
