Co-ops are full-time, paid, and integrated into a student’s academic plan. They last 4–6 months and emphasize real-world contribution.
Co-op students work in everything from research and operations to marketing, software engineering, and lab support—based on your needs.
There’s no fee to partner with Northeastern. Employers simply commit to providing a paid, full-time learning opportunity.
